SoloCraft boats ship via LTL freight. Due to the relatively light weight of the package, lift-gate service is not required. However, someone must be on site during delivery to help unload the truck. We recommend separating the boat from the pallet before removal from the truck. The boat may also be separated into its two halves to further reduce handling weight. Therefore, it is necessary that the receiver of the shipment be able to safely handle a minimum of 45lbs. Do not climb onto or enter the the delivery vehicle. SoloCraft does not take responsibility for the physical ability of the person(s) unloading the vehicle, nor any risks involved with lifting. SoloCraft is not responsible for safe use of cutting tools. When the shipment arrives at your nearest hub, the shipping company will call you to schedule a window for delivery.
The receiver must immediately inspect the boat for any structural damage that may have occurred in transit in order to make a warranty claim on such damage.
Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to be emailed, and up to 6 days for delivery after shipment is confirmed.
